Point Expiration & Management - Inactive Accounts: Points may expire after a period 12 months of inactivity. - Point Tracking: You are responsible for tracking your points balance. We recommend checking your balance through the receipt, our online reward web page, Apple wallet, and Google wallet. - Point Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust point balances in case of errors or fraudulent activity. 4. Program Updates & Termination - Changes: We may modify the program rules, rewards, or point value at any time with reasonable notice. - Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the program at any time. Any unredeemed points at the time of termination will be forfeited. 5. User Account - For an enhanced online ordering experience, we recommend creating an account on our website. While guest checkout is available, a User Account is required to participate in our BLeaf Points loyalty program. - For an enhanced online experience, we recommend creating a User Account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information. Maintaining this information ensures you receive timely communications, personalized offers, and avoid potential misdirected communications. - You are responsible for safeguarding your username and password for your User Account. We will assume anyone using your credentials has your authorization.
